We are closely monitoring all available information regarding novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, disease control and transmission prevention and are following guidelines put forth from local, provincial and federal health agencies.
The wellbeing of our guests and associates is of paramount importance to us. Therefore as we continue to serve the tourism industry we have implemented the following changes to our policies and procedures in order to safeguard, protect and care for our valued guests while taking care to limit the spread of Covid-19:
Mandatory staff temperature checks at the start of each shift
Increased flexibility in our cancellation policy. We have adjusted our standard 48 hour cancellation policy to 24 hours for new reservations with arrivals until September 30, 2020.
Adjustments to front desk to promote physical distancing (i.e. plexiglass partitions, redistributed staffing to allow for distancing in close-quarter departments etc.).
Modification of our lobby facilities to promote distancing and safe guest flow.
Modification of our check in / check out procedures to reduce interaction and contact.
Sanitization of all used room keys.
Increased frequency of cleaning and sanitization in public areas including the lobby, elevator, door handles, hand rails and guest washrooms.
Reduced seating capacity in our on-site pub & brewery
Modification of the complimentary breakfast included in our Summer rates to allow for individually wrapped, take away options Encouragement of credit/debit tap for all guest payments
